Dear Parents,

Last month I wrote to you to ask for assistance in the co-ordination of raising funds for the Group. A meeting was held on 20 September which proved very successful, even though only three parents were able to attend. We have produced a schedule of events over the next nine months and volunteers have taken the lead for specified items. They still need help in organising or running these, so if you are able please contact them.

Below is a core list of the functions that are being organised this year with the names of the leaders:

18 Dec 10 Jumble Sale Audreyhelp to set up and assist on day is required

When we ask for help, this can be prior to the event or on the day. For example, can you spare two or three hours to help set up some tables, or pour tea, or clear up at the end of a day? There is no long term commitment required, and it does help your children.

Thanks
